I'm sure it's already been said, LORNE MARK, but there are a few things that immediately sprang to mind when reading your thread.
Your sales pitch reeks of desperation. This is clearly understandable because in 18 months we won't be associated with the 'legendary' E13 postcode.
13LMW doesn't resemble BMW either. Your only hope is to hope to find someone with the initials LMW.

My MGB ended up with an "MGB" plate.
Cost me fuck all - my brother works in the trade and took an old jalopy with the plate in as a P/E.
Simply transferred the registration - don't even think there was an admin cost involved at the time (1980s).
Shovelled shit-loads of wonga onto the price when I came to sell the cunt though.
